Umm…yeah. Go try to meet street racers and hit up the clubs, those venues will yield the nicest of the most honest guys….smart =T That’s not to say there aren’t any “nice” guys who are into the same things. But let’s be honest: the type of guy that she’s looking for is highly unlikely to show up at a street race or in a club, “getting his drink on”. Plus, underage drinking isn’t cool.

Okay, maybe the title isn’t quite fair: supposed “nice” guys will also complain that there aren’t any girls who are interested in them because all they want are the bad boys. I used to be guilty of this myself, but since then, I’ve noticed that those same guys are spineless and lack confidence, the type who will fawn over the pretty girls that walk by and think to themselves, “I’m going to do everything she wants me to if I can get her to be my girlfriend.”But still, it irritates me to see girls complain about the assholes they meet, the jerks who just use them. It’s quite clear to me that they simply lack good judgment, perhaps even the mystical “women’s instincts” that give women a preternatural sense of awareness, a bullshit detector if you will. There are plenty of good guys out there. In all likelihood there are many of them who are simply too shy to ask anyone out, the same way the amazing girls would consider dating a good guy. It’s all about self-disqualification, miscommunication, and a jumbled understanding of the roles in today’s male-female interactions.Sigh, things were so much simpler back then…well, if not simpler, different. I’m a sucker for nostalgia.
